What if a conflict arises after I have scheduled an appointment to take the examination?

You may reschedule your appointment at no charge as long as you reschedule at least 30 days in advance. If you reschedule between 5 and 30 days before your appointment, you must pay a nominal fee of $35 directly to Prometric. If you reschedule within 5 days of your appointment, you will have to pay the full Prometric fee for the section you are rescheduling.

Provisional Clearance & application approval

If you are a provisional candidate expecting to view your scores, please be advised it will take from one to two weeks to clear your provisional status once we have received notice your transcripts have been received. Please do not call asking for an update as this further delays the process.

Once we receive your initial exam application, you can expect approval within 2 weeks.

Thurs. 05-09-13 All scores for first release are processed and available for online lookup. Test dates include April 1-20. Not all scores for exams taken on April 20 were received. If your score is not available, we do not have any more information on its status.
